Privacy Policy
Purpose
We retain Personal Data. This is data that you leave in a post comment, and includes your name (mandatory), email address (unpublished), website (not mandatory), and your comment. Such information is only collected from you if you voluntarily submit it to us. We will process any Personal Data you provide to us in order to contact you if required in connection with your query or to respond to any communications you might send to us.
Disclosure
We will not provide Personal Data to third parties, unless we believe in good faith that we are required to disclose it in order to comply with any applicable law, a summons, a search warrant, a court or regulatory order, or other statutory requirement.
Right of Access
Under section 4 of the Data Protection Act a person has a right to be given a copy of his/her personal data. We will disclose this data if requested to the relevant person.
Right of rectification or erasure
Under section 6 of the Data Protection Acts, a person has a right to have his/her personal data corrected, if inaccurate, or erased. We shall comply within 40 calendar days of the receipt of such a request. Please email info@gavinduffy.ie to rectify or erase your data.

We log your IP address, browser’s user agent, and referring address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our website and to identify unique users. Your IP address is also used to gather broad demographic information.
